1. Service Agreement

When you commission Stratum Gardens for a mineral-based garden feature or gemstone installation, we're committing to 17 years of combined horticultural expertise. Our team will provide a unique specimen plan tailored specifically to the New York microclimate. Have you ever wondered why some gardens thrive while others languish?

2. Professional Consultations

Our sustainable gardening consultations are provided based on the current state of your land. We use precise mineral blends. Please note that while our gemstones are natural, their placement is subject to local New York zoning regulations. We'll handle the logistics, but the geological results depend on the existing strata of your property.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we provide the highest quality mineral-enriched soil blends, Stratum Gardens isn't responsible for plant failure due to extreme weather conditions or owner neglect. Our plants are specimens of the highest caliber, yet they remain living organisms.

4. Payment and Cancellation

We believe in fair trade. Deposits for gemstone garden features are required 14 days prior to installation to secure the specific minerals. If you need to cancel, do let us know at least 48 hours in advance. It's only fair to our crew in New York.
